Javier is a character in The CW 2019 television series Roswell, New Mexico. He is an undocumented employee of the Crashdown Cafe. Javier is portrayed by Giancarlo Beltran.

Plot[]
Javier is working at the Crashdown Cafe when Diego visits and talks to Liz Ortecho about her work. Javier points out that there isn't a lot of room in the kitchen, so Diego asks to be put to work so he can stay. ICE arrives to harass Liz and Arturo Ortecho regarding his undocumented status, and Liz has Javier sneak out to ensure he isn't taken.[1]
One evening while Maria is having trouble focusing on work, Javier let's her stay late at the Crashdown Cafe.[2]
