Eduardo Ramos

Eduardo Ramos is a recurring character in The CW 2019 television series Roswell, New Mexico, first introduced in season 3. He works with Alex Manes at Deep Sky. Eduardo is portrayed by David DeSantos.

Eduardo is "an enigmatic leader who intersects with Roswell’s heroes on a clandestine mission to better understand the unknown. Though he comes from an army background, [Eduardo] has a wistful outlook on the universe. He believes that sometimes the best approach to an established problem is a fresh and creative perspective. [Eduardo] will seek out those who align with his cause — but as a keeper of secrets he’ll expect loyalty and discretion, no matter the cost."^[1]

Plot[]

When Alex Manes goes to Deep Sky, he meets Eduardo who tells him that the psych evaluation would be brutal. The room is then locked down and air to the room is cut off. As Alex and Eduardo try to find a way out, Alex thinks through what he knows, and he realizes that Eduardo's colonel uniform has flaws, and he realizes that Eduardo is the one testing him. Eduardo admits it by ending the test and opening the door. He gives Alex a project, and welcomes him to Deep Sky.
